1. CONTROL AND REPORTING MANAGER (Customer Relationship Managment)
Reporting to the Operation Division
Job Scope:
a. Design, implement and maintain control systems
b. Contact point for internal and external audit
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Those with professional qualifications like certification in risk management will be an added advantage
- At least 5-8 years in the banking industry preferably in internal control/risk/audit environments
- Good analytical skills in ‘End to End process
- Experienced in risk management, internal control, accounting and auditing are desirable.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Motivated, discipline and willing to work under pressure or with deadlines.
2. INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER (ICO)
Job Scope:
a. Monitor and control outstanding items from various departments as per the approved management's policy
b. Part of the process flow improvement project.
c. Monitoring and ensuring that process controls are applied and executed.
d. Solve problems in reconciliation and investigation functions.
Minimum Requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or Management with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
- Good thinking skills with analytical specialization in ‘End to End Process'.
- Possesses a proactive and initiative personality
- Have attention to details, accurate and meticulous.
- Able to perform reconciliation of bank transactions.
- Efficient and able to work in a team.
- IT savvy and PC literate particularly in Microsoft Office packages.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
